Served on the side. Made with layering and folding techniques, cooked on a traditional Tawa as a paratha base and beaten to a light, fluffy roti with torn texture.

CHOOSE A MEAT OR VEG OPTION
The meat or vegetable of your choice is served either wrapped in Dhal puri roti, on the side with our Buss up shot roti or with a choice of pilau or white rice.
ENJOY THE TASTE!
All our roti dishes are served with curry Aloo and topped with our homemade tamarind and pepper sauce. A West Indian classic done the way it was intended.
